| 1 | Orange, peeled, quartered, and sliced | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Seedless red grapes, halved |
| 1 | Medium kiwi fruit, pared, quartered and sliced | |

| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Minced fresh ginger |
Combine rice, orange, grapes, kiwi fruit, and almonds in large bowl. Blend orange juice, soy sauce, oil and ginger in small bowl; pour over rice mixture. Toss lightly.
Alternate preparation: Prepared poppy seed dressing may be substituted for dressing.
