Avocado Crab Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Ripe avocados (medium) | |
| 1 | Lemon - juice of | |
| 1 lb | Fresh or frozen crabmeat | |
| 2 tablespoons | Chili sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons | Mayonnaise | |
| 2 tablespoons | Sour cream | |
| 2 tablespoons | Chopped scallion | |
| 1 tablespoon | Capers | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Salt | |
| Freshly ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| Tortilla chips |
Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently.
In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well.
Fold in avocado-crab mixture.
Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
