Pasta and Chicken | ||
Nonstick cooking spray | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Chicken breast - sliced |
4 | Scallions - sliced | |
12 oz | 340g | Spicy sesame linguine |
Sauce | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Chicken broth |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sherry |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Chili sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Combine sauce ingredients. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add oil and heat. Stir fry chicken until it begins to lose raw color. Add scallions. Add sauce. Add cooked pasta and stir until blended.
