1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSeasoned salt
  White pepper to taste
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozFlour
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozButter
1/3 cup 78mlWhite wine
1/3 cup 78mlChicken broth
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
1/4 cup 59mlWhite grapes [seedless]
2 tablespoons 30mlToasted almonds [sliced]
1   Rinse the birds and pat dry
