Quick Tartar Sauce For Chicken Or Fish

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Mayonnaise
3		Sweet pickles - finely
		Chopped
1 tablespoon	15ml	Fresh parsley - chopped
1		Hard-boiled eggs - chopped
1 tablespoon	15ml	White wine vinegar

Recipe Instructions

* Use only real mayonnaise.

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover tightly and chill.
