2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Bread stuffing mix |
2 | Swiss cheese | |
Harvey's Bristol creme |
Place chicken breast in a pan.
Mix dry stuffing with the seasoning mix (if there is an envelope of mix). DO NOT MAKE DRESSING!!! Place DRY stuffing mix on the top of the chicken.
Drizzle some Harvey's Bristol Creme over the dressing (about 1 tsp) Top with one slice of cheese.
Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven until almost cooked.
Take out, place the second slice of cheese over chicken, and drizzle with a bit more Harvey's Bristol Creme.
Place back in the oven, uncovered, for about 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
NOTES : This can be made without the alcohol as well.
