Skillet Chicken With Corn And Broccoli Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine |
4 | Skinless boneless chicken breast halves | |
10 3/4 oz | 305g | Campbell's condensed golden corn soup - (1 can) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Broccoli flowerets |
2 oz | 56g | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Black pepper |
In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove; set aside. Spoon off fat.
Stir in soup, milk, broccoli, Cheddar cheese, and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet.
Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. This recipe serves 4.
