Blueberry Salsa--New York Times

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlBlueberries - cleaned
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozRed onion - diced small (medium)
2   Jalapenos - seeded and minced
1   Red bell pepper - diced
3 tablespoons 45mlCilantro - chopped
1/4 cup 59mlLime juice
1 teaspoon 5mlKosher salt

Recipe Instructions

1. Coarsely chop 1 1/2 cups blueberries. In a bowl, combine the chopped and whole berries and the remaining ingredients. Let stand 1 hour.
