| 2 tablespoons | Sugar | |
| 1 teaspoon | Garlic powder | |
| 1 teaspoon | Cayenne pepper | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Black pepper | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | White pepper | |
| 2 teaspoons | Onion powder | |
| 2 teaspoons | Sweet paprika | |
| 2 teaspoons | Gumbo file - (file spice) | |
| 2 teaspoons | Thyme - dried | |
| 2 1/2 teaspoons | Basil - dried | |
| 1 teaspoon | Sweet paprika | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Oregano - dried |
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix. Store in a jar with a screw-on lid.
