2 tablespoons  Sugar
1 teaspoon  Garlic powder
1 teaspoon  Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon  Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon  White pepper
2 teaspoons  Onion powder
2 teaspoons  Sweet paprika
2 teaspoons  Gumbo file - (file spice)
2 teaspoons  Thyme - dried
2 1/2 teaspoons  Basil - dried
1 teaspoon  Sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon  Oregano - dried

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix. Store in a jar with a screw-on lid.
