1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Non-iodized salt |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar - dried |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Chili powder |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Cumin |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Black pepper |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | MSG |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Garlic powder |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Cayenne |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Onion powder |
Blend all ingredients together well.
Store in air-tight container.
Use of pork ribs.
