Seafood Magic Spice Blend - Copycat Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 tablespoon | Onion powder | |
| 3/4 teaspoon | Black pepper | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | White pepper | |
| 1 tablespoon | Salt | |
| 1 tablespoon | Thyme | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Annatto powder - (for color) | |
| 2 teaspoons | Hungarian paprika | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Sage | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Rosemary, dried - crumbled | |
| 1 teaspoon | Cayenne - powder |
Put ingredients, except rosemary, in mortar and grind.
Crush rosemary in your hand, add and mix well.
Store in tightly-sealed jar.
