"No-Rib" Ribs Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Flank steak |
1 cup | 237ml | Fat-free Western dressing |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Molasses |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Minced onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Liquid smoke |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1 | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Combine all ingredients and place into plastic bag. Marinate overnight or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove flank steak from bag and grill or boil for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
