"No-Rib" Ribs

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozFlank steak
1 cup 237mlFat-free Western dressing
1/4 cup 59mlSoy sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlWorcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlMolasses
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChili powder
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMinced onion
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlLiquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGarlic powder
1   Freshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and place into plastic bag. Marinate overnight or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove flank steak from bag and grill or boil for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
