Mustard Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sweet mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | French mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | White wine vinegar |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
3/4 cup | 177ml | Salad oil |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped dill |
Mix the mustards, sugar and vinegar and season with pinches of salt and pepper. Mix in the oil while you pour it in a steady stream. When the sauce has a mayonnaise-like consistency, stir in the chopped dill.
