Crab Cakes - 3

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozCrabmeat
1   Egg - beaten
1/4   Finely chopped green - pepper
1   White bread - cubed
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlPrepared mustard
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper - fat or oil for frying

Recipe Instructions

Remove cartilage from crabmeat.

In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients except crabmeat and oil, then gently fold in crabmeat. Form into six cakes.

Fry in just enough oil to prevent sticking until brown.
