Cucumbers In Sour Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chives or onions - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Cucumbers (large) |
In large bowl, combine sour cream, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Peel and thinly slice cucumbers; add and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
NOTES : Begin 20 minutes ahead or early in the day.
