1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlBaking soda
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozFlour
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozEgg substitute
2 cups 474mlButtermilk
1 tablespoon 15mlHoney
1 teaspoon 5mlOil

Recipe Instructions

Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg substitute, buttermilk, honey and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix until slightly moistened. Cook on non-stick or lightly oiled griddle.

This recipe yields 8 pancakes.
