250 | Marinated herring - drained | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Potatoes; cooked - diced |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Beets; cooked - diced |
2 | Apples - chopped | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Dill pickles - chopped |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Spanish onion - sliced (small) |
Cream Dressing | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dillweed - dried |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Combine salad ingredients in large bowl.
Divide into individual servings and allow each person to apply dressing as desired.
