Mustard Horseradish Butter For Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon-style mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Butter - room temperature |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
Blend all ingredients together, scrape into a serving bowl.
Serve at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
