Pat's Seafood Stock

Recipe Ingredients

2   Water
6   Celery stalks - cut into
  
2   Onions - peeled and (medium) quartered
2   Garlic cloves
1/2   Lemon
  Fresh shrimp heads - and/or
  Shells - lobster heads, and
  OR shells - fresh fish bones
  Use ingredients singly or in
  Combination

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan or stockpot and bring to rapid boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer slowly 2 to 8 hours depending on strength of flavor desired. Strain before using.
