Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
4   Garlic cloves - mashed
4 cups 584g / 20ozChopped fresh spinach
1/2   Garbanzo beans - (19 oz can) - drained
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozGolden raisins
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCracked peppercorns
1/2 cup 118mlUnsalted chicken broth
4 teaspoons 20mlGrated Parmesan cheese
4 cups 948mlCooked pasta

Recipe Instructions

Cook pasta until "al dente." In a large skillet, saute the mashed garlic in the olive oil. Add the garbanzo beans and the chicken broth. Stir until warmed. Add the raisins and the spinach. Heat just until spinach is wilted. Do not overcook.

Divide over cooked pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese and cracked peppercorns. Serve immediately.
