Shrimp Butter

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozUnsalted butter
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozShrimp shells

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients in a food processor process to a fine puree, scraping sides often.

Force through a fine sieve to remove shells.

Form into a 1-inch diameter log.

Wrap in plastic chill until firm cut into 1/4-inch slices to serve
