Shrimp Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Unsalted butter |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Shrimp shells |
Combine ingredients in a food processor process to a fine puree, scraping sides often.
Force through a fine sieve to remove shells.
Form into a 1-inch diameter log.
Wrap in plastic chill until firm cut into 1/4-inch slices to serve
