Quiche Lorraine

Recipe Ingredients

10   White bread - crust removed
3 cups 711mlSkim milk
  Egg substitute equal to 6 eggs
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlDried mustard
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped parsley
4 oz 113gSmoked Cheddar or gouda cheese - grated
2 cups 292g / 10ozDiced turkey ham

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Generously spray an 8-inch by 10-inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray. Tear bread into 1-inch pieces and place into the baking dish.

In a separate bowl, blend milk, egg substitute, mustard and parsley. Add the grated cheese and diced turkey ham. Mix well. Pour over bread pieces. They will soak up the mixture. Bake for 1 hour or until center is set.

This recipe yields 9 servings.
