Tomato Shrimp And/Or Crab Aspic Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | Tomato juice | |
| 1 x | -- ¥ | |
| 1 x | Sugar free lemon Jell-o | |
| 1 cup | Tomato juice cold | |
| 3/4 cup | Celery minced | |
| 1/4 cup | Onion minced | |
| 2 oz | Cheddar cheese - cubed or grated | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | |
| 6 oz | Crab meat - * see note | |
| 8 | Olives - sliced fine | |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Garlic |
* or shrimp or 3 ounces of each.
Heat tomato juice. Add Jell-O. After dissolved add tomato juice. Add remaining ingredients.
Put in serving dish and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, spread with thin layer of fat free mayonnaise.
