Trout Au Gratin Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded American cheese |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Dry bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Parsley flakes |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Whole trout - cleaned |
Preheat oven to 400F
In a bowl, combine American cheese, bread crumbs, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Place trout on individual squares of greased foil.
Spoon crumb mixture over fish. Seal securely and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
