Mexican Pizza

Recipe Ingredients

1		Basic Dough - see * Note
8 oz	227g	Monterey Jack cheese - shredded - (2 cups)
1 cup	237ml	Sliced Chorizo sausage
1		Plum tomato - sliced
3 tablespoons	45ml	Chopped green chilies
2		Green onions - sliced
1/2 cup	118ml	Sliced black olives
1 teaspoon	5ml	Tabasco pepper sauce

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Basic Dough (For Pizza And Focaccia)" recipe which is included in this collection.

Prepare Basic Dough as directed for pizza. Sprinkle crust with 1/2 of cheese, sausage, tomatoes, chilies, green onions, olives, Tabasco sauce and remaining cheese. Bake as directed.
