Recipe Ingredients

1		Basic Dough - see * Note
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon	5ml	Tabasco pepper sauce
1		Mozzarella cheese - (8 oz) - shredded

Recipe Instructions

Prepare dough as directed for pizza.

In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese and Tabasco sauce. Spread on pizza crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake as directed.
