Guacamole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 teaspoons | Ripe avocados - peeled (medium) | |
| 1 teaspoon | Tomato - chopped (medium) | |
| 1 teaspoon | Onion - chopped (small) | |
| 2 tablespoons | Lime or lemon juice | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Tabasco brand pepper sauce | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Salt |
In medium bowl, mash avocados with fork until chunky. Add tomato, onion, lime juice, Tabasco sauce and salt until well blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve with fresh cut up vegetables and chips.
This recipe yields about 2 cups.
