Guacamole

Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons  Ripe avocados - peeled (medium)
1 teaspoon  Tomato - chopped (medium)
1 teaspoon  Onion - chopped (small)
2 tablespoons  Lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon  Tabasco brand pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon  Salt

Recipe Instructions

In medium bowl, mash avocados with fork until chunky. Add tomato, onion, lime juice, Tabasco sauce and salt until well blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.

Serve with fresh cut up vegetables and chips.

This recipe yields about 2 cups.
