4 teaspoons 20mlPotatoes - peeled and boiled (medium)
3 tablespoons 45mlButter - to taste
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt - to taste
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlBlack pepper - to taste
1/4 cup 59mlMilk
2 tablespoons 30mlSour cream
8 oz 227gKale - cooked and chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlOnion - grated

Recipe Instructions

Mash potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, milk and sour cream until light and fluffy. Stir in kale and grated onion. Serve at once.
