Four Bean Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1   Garbanzo beans
1   Kidney beans
1   Green beans
1   Yellow/wax beans
1   Onion - sliced very thin (medium)
2   Scallions - chopped thinly
1 cup 237mlCider vinegar
1 cup 328g / 11ozHoney - (or corn syrup)
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil - (optional - it
  Cuts some of the acidity)

Recipe Instructions

Drain and rinse all beans. Combine with onions and scallions. Blend vinegar, oil, and honey thoroughly and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate at least four hours.
