4 cups 948mlWater
1 cup 237mlQuick-cooking grits - uncooked
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozMinced green onions
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1   Ground red pepper

Recipe Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan; stir in grits and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 7 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
