Creamy Guacamole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | Peeled and cubed avocado | |
| 1 cup | Nonfat ricotta cheese | |
| 1/3 cup | Coarsely chopped onion | |
| 2 tablespoons | Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro | |
| 2 tablespoons | Fresh lime juice | |
| 1 tablespoon | Coarsely chopped jalapeno pepper | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Salt - , or to taste |
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add avocado and the rest of the ingredients.
Process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill.
Serve with baked tortilla chips.
