Creamy Guacamole

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups  Peeled and cubed avocado
1 cup  Nonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup  Coarsely chopped onion
2 tablespoons  Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons  Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon  Coarsely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon  Salt - , or to taste

Recipe Instructions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add avocado and the rest of the ingredients.

Process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill.

Serve with baked tortilla chips.
