Guacamole (Pillsbury) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | Mashed avocados - (2 medium-size) | |
| 1/4 cup | Mayonnaise | |
| 2 tablespoons | Lemon juice | |
| 6 x | Crisp bacon - crumbled | |
| 1 tablespoon | Finely chopped onion | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Chili powder | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Salt | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Garlic salt | |
| 1 x | Hot pepper sauce |
Blend avocado, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill.
TIP: Instead of peeling an avocado, cut in half lengthwise, remove pit and scoop fruit out of shell with spoon. Use shell for serving.
