1   Tortilla chips
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozRefried beans
1/2 cup 118mlCheese sauce
1/4 cup 59mlSliced jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup 118mlSliced black olives
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozDiced onion
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozDiced tomatoes
2 cups 292g / 10ozShredded cheddar cheese
2 cups 292g / 10ozShredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped green onions - for garnish
1/2 cup 118mlSour cream - for accompaniment
1/2 cup 118mlFavorite guacamole - for accompaniment
1/2 cup 118mlFavorite salsa - for accompaniment

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F.

In a 9-inch baking dish, spread an even layer of chips. Pour cheese sauce and beans evenly over chips.

Sprinkle with jalapenos, olives, onions and tomatoes. Top with shredded cheeses.

Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with green onions.

Serve accompanied by sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
