Pecan Ball Appetizers

Recipe Ingredients

2		Philadelphia cream cheese
2 cups	292g / 10oz	Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon	15ml	Chopped pimento
1 tablespoon	15ml	Chopped onion
2 tablespoons	30ml	Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon	5ml	Lemon juice
1		Cayenne pepper
1		Salt
		Chopped toasted pecans

Recipe Instructions

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings.

Mix well. Chill. Shape into small balls; roll in nuts.
