Pokey's Beef Dip Or Appetizer

Recipe Ingredients

1   Cream cheese
2 tablespoons 30mlMilk
2 tablespoons 30mlFinely chopped green bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlBlack pepper
2 tablespoons 30mlFinely minced onion
1/2 cup 118mlSour cream
4 teaspoons 20mlKraft prepared horseradish sauce
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped nuts - divided
1   Dried beef slices - minced fine
  Grated parmesan cheese - optional

Recipe Instructions

Blend softened cream cheese and milk. Stir in finely snipped beef, onion, green pepper, and black pepper.

Mix well; add 1/4 cup nuts, sour cream, and horseradish.

Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 nuts on top.

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

After cooled, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Serve on crackers, breadsticks, vegetables, etc. Scrumptious!!!
