Simplicity Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | Crab meat | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - , or to taste |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried onions - minced |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground ginger |
Parmesan cheese - , grated |
Clean the mushrooms and remove stems. (Save stems for another use.) Place mushrooms in a greased baking pan. Combine all remaining ingredients except the cheese and fill the mushroom caps. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place in a preheated 450F oven on the top shelf.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot and browned. Serve on small plates with forks. If desired, smaller mushrooms may be used and served as finger food with paper napkins.
These can be assembled the day before, covered, and refrigerated until about 2 hours before serving. Bring to room temperature and proceed with the cooking.
