Small Potato Kugels

Recipe Ingredients

4		Potatoes - peeled
2 tablespoons	30ml	Chicken fat
1 tablespoon	15ml	Onion (small)
2 tablespoons	30ml	Matzo meal
1		Egg - well beaten
1 teaspoon	5ml	Water

Recipe Instructions

Grate potatoes into bowl of ice water. Drain all liquid through colander..

Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Put batter into greased cupcake tins and bake until browned in 350F oven.
