14 | White castle hamburgers | |
2 1/2 cups | 156g / 5.5oz | Vidalia - Maui or other sweet onion, chopped |
1 3/4 cups | 414ml | Best foods mayonnaise |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded Swiss cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Bacon - cooked and crumbled |
Crushed crackers - for topping |
Remove meat from hamburgers and chop fine. Reserve buns and set aside.
Combine chopped hamburger, onion, mayonnaise, cheese and bacon. Mix well. Bake in a casserole dish at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Place reserved bun halves on a baking sheet and toast under broiler. Serve dip on buns or crackers.
