White Castle Vidalia Appetizers

Recipe Ingredients

14   White castle hamburgers
2 1/2 cups 156g / 5.5ozVidalia - Maui or other sweet onion, chopped
1 3/4 cups 414mlBest foods mayonnaise
2 cups 292g / 10ozShredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup 118mlBacon - cooked and crumbled
  Crushed crackers - for topping

Recipe Instructions

Remove meat from hamburgers and chop fine. Reserve buns and set aside.

Combine chopped hamburger, onion, mayonnaise, cheese and bacon. Mix well. Bake in a casserole dish at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Place reserved bun halves on a baking sheet and toast under broiler. Serve dip on buns or crackers.
