Apple Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Apples - thinly sliced | |
| 1 | Onion - thinly sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Shredded cabbage |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Celery - chopped | |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Celery salt |
| 1 | Carrot - grated |
Sprinkle sliced apples with lemon juice. Mix with cabbage, celery, carrot, and onion.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and celery salt. Toss with apple mixture and serve.
Lemon juice keeps apples from discoloring.
