Lemon-Lime Barbecue Marinade

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Lime juice - lemon juice - or combination
1/4 cup	59ml	Vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1		Garlic - mashed
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Thyme leaves
1 teaspoon	5ml	Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons	30ml	Onion - finely chopped

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients and let set for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend -- BEFORE adding meat.

If using injector -- puree all ingredients first.

Yield: 3/4 cup
