Pumpkin Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Pumpkin |
2 cups | 474ml | Rich milk - evaporated milk - or cream |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Allspice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla |
Mix and beat for two minutes. Pour in a 9" pie shell.
Bake at 475F for 15 minutes.
Reduce to 375F for 35-45 minutes.
