1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pickle juice |
2 | Hard-boiled eggs - chopped | |
1 | Scallions - chopped | |
1 | Pimientos - drained |
Mix all ingredients. Serve.
