Purple Smoke Cole Slaw

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons	45ml	Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	White wine vinegar
1/3 cup	78ml	Oil
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Onion powder
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Celery salt
1		Black pepper
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
1/2 cup	118ml	Half and half
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Head cabbage - finely shredded (large)

Recipe Instructions

Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil. Add garlic and onion powders, mustard, celery salt, pepper, lemon juice, half and half and salt. Stir until smooth. Pour over cabbage in large bowl. Toss until cabbage is well coated.
