Salsa Fresca Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Tomato juice |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Tomatoes (medium) |
1/2 | Onion - chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped cilantro |
1 | Jalapeno chile - minced | |
1 | Serrano chile - minced | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Sugar |
Blend together well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
