1/4 cup | 59ml | Pineapple juice - unsweetened |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry sherry |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Corn starch |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh ginger root |
1 | Garlic |
Combine ingredients in saucepan and mix well.
Bring to a boil until it thickens.
Remove from heat.
