Favorite Sweet Potato Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups	948ml	Hot sweet potatoes - mashed
1/2		Margarine
1/4 cup	59ml	Orange juice
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
		Miniature marshmallows

Recipe Instructions

Combine hot mashed potatoes, margarine , orange juice and salt. Whip in one cup miniature marshmallows. Place in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Top with additional marshmallows. Return to oven until marshmallows are lightly browned.

Serves 6 - 8
