Swiss 'n Chicken Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 250g / 8.8ozCooked chicken - chopped
2 cups 292g / 10ozNatural Swiss cheese - shred
2 cups 60g / 2.1ozCroutons
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozCelery - sliced
1 cup 237mlMiracle whip or light
1/2 cup 118mlMilk
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozOnion - chopped
  Chopped walnuts - optional

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired. Bake 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

To make ahead: prepare as directed except do not top with walnuts and do not bake; cover. Refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, microwave on high 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning dish after 10 minutes. Top with toasted walnuts if desired.
