Garden Pasta Salad

Recipe Ingredients

  *SALAD*
2 cups 474mlRotini - uncooked
1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozBroccoli flowerets
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozTomato - diced
1 cup 237mlZucchini - thinly sliced (small)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozGreen pepper - chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozRed onion - chopped
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozParmesan cheese - grated
  *DRESSING*
1/2 cup 118mlRed wine vinegar salad dressing
1 teaspoon 5mlDry mustard
1   Garlic - minced

Recipe Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse pasta, drain, and cool. Place cooked pasta in bowl with remaining salad ingredients. In separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth and slightly thickened. Pour over salad and toss lightly to combine. Cover and chill before serving. Pampered Chef Favorites II.
