Recipe Ingredients

1   Garlic clove - roasted, minced
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced celery
1 tablespoon 15mlGround pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh thyme - minced
1 tablespoon 15mlBrown sugar
1 cup 93g / 3.3ozFresh rosemary - minced

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients well. Rub the mixture into your pork roast. Rub Well. Let roast sit tightly covered for 30 hours in the refrigerator before grilling.
