Dry Rub # 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hungarian paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sage |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mustard |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chipotle powder |
Mix all ingredients well and reserve in refrigerator, covered tightly. Will keep for up to 2 weeks.
